Every embroidery design we offer is tested and stitched multiple times before being listed or sent to customers. For custom digitized logos, we carefully test and adjust the file to ensure smooth, accurate stitching and professional results on your machine.

How do I ensure the same embroidery quality as shown?

To get clean, professional-looking stitches, follow these simple steps:

  • Keep your stabilizer tight like a drum - no slack or wrinkles.
  • Make sure the garment is completely flat in the hoop.
  • Occasionally smooth or flatten the stabilizer if it shifts during stitching.
  • Use the correct type of stabilizer for the fabric (cut-away for knits, tear-away for wovens).
  • Double-check that your hoop is properly secured and not flexing.
  • Don’t over-tighten the hoop - just firm enough to hold everything flat.
  • Always use a sharp needle appropriate for your fabric type.

Test stitch on a similar fabric before starting your final piece

These small steps help avoid puckering, thread breaks, and uneven stitching.

How many sizes do you offer with each design?

The number of sizes varies depending on the style and complexity of the design or logo. We always aim to provide the most practical size options for your project!

Can I edit or resize the designs?

We do not recommend resizing or editing the designs, as it may affect stitch quality. We cannot guarantee results if changes are made outside of the original digitizing.

Can I sell items made with your designs?

Yes! You are welcome to use these designs to create finished items for personal use or to sell (such as apparel, home goods, gifts, etc.). However, you may not resell or share the actual design files themselves.

Why don’t my files include .PSD, .SVG, or .PNG files?

These file types are a members-only benefit and are not included with individual pattern purchases. To access these formats, simply join our membership program!

Do I get membership benefits if I buy a bundle?

No, bundle purchases do not include member benefits like exclusive designs, bonus files (.PSD, .SVG, .PNG), or unlimited revisions. However, you will continue to receive all future designs that match the style or theme of the bundle you purchased. These will be included automatically as new listings are added.

What’s included when I buy a bundle?

What is embroidery digitizing?

Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital embroidery file that an embroidery machine can read and stitch out. It involves using software to map out stitch types, directions, and sequences.

Can I use any image or logo for embroidery?

Most images can be digitized, but some may need to be simplified or edited. Highly detailed or low-resolution images might not translate well to embroidery and could require adjustments. We will reach out if any questions or concerns!

What size can I make my design?

You can choose any size you need! Just let us know the exact dimensions you'd like (in inches or millimeters), and we’ll digitize the design to fit your specific hoop or project. If you're unsure, we can recommend the best size based on your intended use.

Can I digitize a design for any type of garment?

Yes! We can digitize your design for almost any embroidery application, including sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, jackets, tote bags, towels, patches, aprons, and more. Just let us know what item you’re stitching on, and we’ll format the file to suit the material and placement.

What file formats are available?

We provide all major embroidery file formats, including .PES, .PEC, .DST, .EXP, .JEF, .JPX, .VIP, .VP3, .HUS, and .XXX. Let us know what machine you're using, and we’ll make sure you get the correct format.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

We aim to provide all quotes within 24 hours of your request!

How long after I receive a quote will I get my digitized design?

Once you approve the quote, your digitized design will be delivered within 24 to 168 hours (1 to 7 days), depending on complexity. Most standard designs are completed within 48 to 72 hours.

How do you determine the complexity of a design?

Complexity is based on factors like detail level, color count, size, stitch type, and overall stitch density. Highly detailed logos, gradients, small text, or intricate shading typically fall under higher complexity. We'll review your design and let you know exactly where it falls before quoting.

Am I allowed to use the file more than once?

Absolutely! You are free to use the file as many times as you wish for both personal and commercial embroidery projects.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes! Each order includes 1 free revision to ensure your design is perfect. Any additional revisions after that come with a small fee. If you're a member, you get unlimited revisions on any logo digitized with us completely free.

Can you resize my design later? What if I need multiple sizes?

Yes! We can resize your design in the future. If you need multiple sizes, we offer resizing services for a small additional fee. Just contact us anytime and we’ll be happy to help! - Members get unlimited resizes.

Can I cancel my custom digitizing order?

Yes, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, work may have already begun and cancellations are no longer available.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of custom digitized files and instant digital delivery, all sales are final. Once the design has been delivered, returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues, we're happy to make adjustments through our revision process.

How many designs can I choose each month?

As a monthly safeprints member, you can choose any 8 premium designs each month from our full collection - with no restrictions! Pick the ones you love most, every month!

What is an exclusive members-only design?

An exclusive members-only design is a digitized embroidery file created by our team during the month, available only to active members. It’s a unique bonus design that will never be sold individually or offered outside the membership, making it truly exclusive.

Will I be notified when it’s time to pick my new designs?

Yes! - We’ll always send you a reminder email when your new month starts. You’ll also get follow-up reminders throughout the month so you don’t miss the chance to redeem your designs!

Where do I claim my 8 patterns?

We’ll email you a link to our "Pick Your 8!" form right after you subscribe. You can also sign into your account anytime to access the form and claim your patterns. For future months, you’ll receive a new link each time your subscription renews.

How do I access my designs after claiming?

Simply log into your account on our website and head to the orders section. Your selected patterns will be available to download within 30 minutes after you make your selections!

Can I re-download past designs?

Yes! Once your selected designs are added to your account, you can download them at any time as long as your membership is active. Please note: each design includes 2 download limits, so be sure to save your files securely once downloaded!

Can I switch out the designs I chose later?

Once selected, your 8 monthly designs are final for that month. But don’t worry - a new selection opens up every month with your active membership!

Can I carry over unused design picks to the next month?

We currently don’t offer a rollover system, so be sure to redeem all 8 of your monthly design picks before the month ends. Don’t worry - we’ll send you multiple reminders throughout the month so you don’t miss out!

How do revisions work for members?

Members receive unlimited free revisions on any custom logo or design they’ve had digitized through our shop (after receiving a quote and the order is placed). This applies only to custom digitizing orders - premade designs are not eligible for revisions.

What are .PSDs?

PSD files are layered design files created in Adobe Photoshop. They allow you to edit individual elements like text, colors, or backgrounds. If you're using mockups or want to customize your design visuals, PSDs are perfect for making detailed edits before sharing or printing.

When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you originally signed up. You’ll receive a notification each time your renewal is processed, and you’ll also get reminders to select your new designs for the month!

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and manage your subscription from there - no fees or penalties. If you ever want to return, you can easily resubscribe at any time!

After purchase, we will email you a private Google Drive link that gives you full access to everything included. This is where you can download all current designs and any future updates. It’s simple to use, saves storage space, and lets us update your files easily. This is commonly used on all digital shops on ETSY.

Will I need to request new updates or downloads?

No requests needed! The Drive folder is always up to date. Anytime we release new designs or member exclusives, they will automatically be added to your link. All you need to do is save the access link and check back anytime.

Will my access link expire?

No, the link does not expire. Just be sure to save your private Drive link - it is your lifetime access to everything in our shop!

Will I really get access to new designs added in the future?

Yes! Every new design added to our shop is included with your Lifetime Access at no extra cost. You’ll always be able to download and use any new listings we add - forever!

Are there any limitations on how I can use the designs?

You are welcome to use these designs to create finished products for personal use or for sale (such as apparel, gifts, patches, etc.). However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any way.

How do I claim the free digitizied logo?

Please submit a request through our quote form for your logo, and we’ll take care of everything from there. Once we receive your request, we’ll handle the digitizing process and provide unlimited revisions to ensure it’s just right for you!

Our team follows a consistent digitizing and upload schedule to ensure fresh content is always available. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of this product being an instant download of hundreds of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable.
